You can choose up to 9 colors for free for custom made patches. If you require more than 9 colors, an additional charge of 129% of the unit price will apply.

Our professional team will create a free design for you based on your ideas. Your order includes our complimentary artwork creation service. Our design team prioritizes aligning with your vision from the initial concept phase, aiming to achieve your ideal design with minimal adjustments needed.

We can create your patch in any shape you desire. There is no extra charge for the shape of the custom patches.

The turnaround time may slightly vary based on the patch category. Our shortest turnaround time is typically 16 days for production, with 2-5 days for shipping. If you are not in a hurry to receive the items, longer turnaround times will offer a discount. There is also the option of 20 and 25 working days, with a 10 and 20 percent discount accordingly.

Embroidery percentage is the ratio of a patch's surface area covered by embroidery stitches to the total available area. This percentage shows the proportion of the patch that is filled with your design. For example, a design with just a few words on a blank background will have a lower embroidery percentage. On the other hand, a more detailed design that covers most of the patch area will result in a higher embroidery percentage.
